  1. On a set schedule, the system checks your spreadsheet for contacts marked as not yet emailed
  2. It sends each contact the exact subject and message written in their row
  3. A short pause runs between each email to protect your account
  4. The spreadsheet is updated to mark the contact as emailed, with the time and message ID
  5. You get a Slack message once the whole batch is done
