Ideas
Internal corporate venturing. In a field study of a new venture division, found that autonomous initiatives from the operating level supplied much of a diversified firm's corporate entrepreneurship, and that management found them hard to place. Caveat: One firm, six projects.
Designs for corporate entrepreneurship. Argued that internal entrepreneurs call for new organizational designs for ventures in established firms. Caveat: Read in its abstract only; the set of designs is known only from secondary summaries.
In this section, “read” means read by the Organizational Structures series: where a line says a work, or part of one, was not read, the series did not read it.
