Sociocracy in practice. With Vandewattyne and van Daele, found in one research center a partial implementation of sociocracy, with benefits mainly in breaking down internal barriers and difficulties that included a conflict over elitism. Caveat: One case study: one research center and 14 interviews, read in its French abstract only.
