Democratic dialogue. After the Norwegian field experiments with autonomous work groups, each a single case of collaboration with one enterprise, ran into problems of diffusion, Gustavsen made democratic dialogue the key concept of the later LOM program, which sought broad change with broad participation. Caveat: Action research. Only passages of the book were read.
