A teacher in Swinburne University's strategic foresight program, he devised the Polak Game, also called Where Do You Stand?, a classroom and workshop exercise in which people take a physical position that shows their image of the future, after Fred Polak's The Image of the Future. He and Stuart Candy described the game in a 2017 article.
