Known for
A Swedish management scholar at Stockholm University whose 1981 chapter brought unlearning into organization studies: the process by which an organization discards obsolete and misleading knowledge so that new knowledge can take its place.
Caveat: Only a small part of the chapter deals with unlearning, and scholars still disagree whether unlearning is a distinct process or a part of learning.
