Ideas
Dispersion as three dimensions. With Cummings, O'Leary conceptualized geographic dispersion as continuous and multidimensional (spatial, temporal, and configurational), each dimension linked to different outcomes. Caveat: A research essay.
Configuration effects. With Mortensen, showed that site configuration alone, regardless of distance, affects identification, transactive memory, conflict, and coordination, with isolates faring better than subgroups. Caveat: Quasi-experimental teams.
