Challenges and success factors of large-scale agile. With Dikert and Lassenius, reviewed 52 publications on 42 industrial transformations, found the evidence almost all experience reports, and listed 35 challenges and 29 success factors. Caveat: Mostly practitioner reports.
Lessons from Ericsson. With colleagues, drew four lessons from Ericsson's transformation: experiment, go step-wise, expect limits to team interchangeability, and give the organization a common direction. Caveat: One case.
