Replication of firm-level studies of temporary agency work
Ideas
Replicating the agency-work findings. With Weche, supported a concave relationship between the share of temporary agency work and productivity but found a convex one with unit labor costs and only a moderate correlation with profitability. Caveat: A firm-level replication study, read in its abstract only, which does not name the data; the results are correlations.
In this section, “read” means read by the Organizational Structures series: where a line says a work, or part of one, was not read, the series did not read it.
