Ideas
Regional, not global, multinationals. With Verbeke, found that very few of the largest multinationals are successful globally: for 320 of the 380 firms with geographic sales data, an average of 80.3 percent of sales are in their home region of the triad, so many of the largest firms are regionally rather than globally based. Caveat: Sales data only.
