The problem it solves

Chasing leads through different stages and remembering to send the right follow-up email at the right time is easy to forget when you're busy running the business. Tracking how long each project actually takes to deliver usually means digging through timestamps by hand.

Who it fits

Small service businesses or agencies running their sales pipeline out of a Google Sheet.

How it works

  1. You mark a lead as qualified in your Google Sheet
  2. A booking email is sent to the lead automatically
  3. When a lead moves to Awaiting Proposal, a heads-up email goes out letting them know a proposal is coming
  4. When a lead is marked Won, they're added to your Clients tab with a start timestamp
  5. When a client's project is marked Delivered, an end timestamp is stamped and the total delivery time is calculated
What you get

Leads who hear from you the moment status changes

Update a lead's status in your spreadsheet and the right email goes out immediately, with delivery tracked for you.

What you get

Automatic follow-up emails at each pipeline stage, plus a Clients tab that tracks start times, end times, and delivery duration.

What you need

A Google Workspace account with Gmail and Google Sheets.

We can build this. But should you?

The hard question is not how to build it. It is whether this is the right thing to build first.
