Approve appointment requests by email before they hit your calendar

Lets you approve or reject each meeting request by email before it's automatically booked on your calendar.

How the work actually flows

It branches. Exactly one path is taken; a person has to approve before it continues.

The problem it solves

You've tried booking tools before but ended up with double-bookings, spam requests, or meetings you never wanted on your calendar. You want the convenience of automatic scheduling without giving up the final say on what actually gets booked.

Who it fits

Consultants, founders, or anyone who takes client meetings and wants control over their calendar.

How it works

  1. A booking request comes in with the requester's name, email, and preferred time
  2. It checks your Google Calendar to see if that time slot is open
  3. If you're free, it emails you the request with one-click approve or reject buttons
  4. If you approve, it books the meeting, adds a Google Meet link, and confirms with the requester
  5. If you reject, it sends the requester a polite note that the time isn't available
What you get

Meeting requests you approve with a single tap

You get every meeting request checked against your calendar and sent to you by email for a one-click approval.

What you get

A confirmed calendar event with a video meeting link, or a polite decline, depending on your decision.

What you need

A Google Workspace account with Calendar and Gmail.

We can build this. But should you?

The hard question is not how to build it. It is whether this is the right thing to build first.
