When to reach for it

After a run of repeated decisions such as sales calls, hires, or investments, when the volume justifies learning from the batch.

How it runs

  1. Pick the period to review: a day, a week, or a phase.
  2. List only the consequential decisions.
  3. Reconstruct each: information held, options, choice, and reasoning.
  4. Grade each decision without looking at its outcome.
  5. Sort each by decision quality and outcome into four boxes.
